Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
